About Me

My Name Is Aidan
I started Group Fitness Help through my intense love and passion for teaching Group Fitness classes. I have been in the fitness industry for many years and taught thousands of classes all over my state.

I’ve seen first hand the positive effect that fitness classes can have on the wider community as well as just how vitally important they are to the success of a health club, gym or facility.

This is why I am so passionate about fighting for the rights of Group Fitness Instructors Australia wide to get them the recognition they deserve, fair pay and working conditions.

Our Work

Group Fitness Help was created to be an advocate for Group Fitness Instructors all round Australia to ensure they all get fair treatment, working conditions and pay. For too long in the fitness industry Group Fitness Instructors have been mistreated, forced into sham contracting while not receiving all their entitlements such as Superannuation.

As part of our on going commitment, to our mission, to help Group Fitness Instructors receive better pay and working rights, we have also begun the process for creating a unified front through a Union that is here to hold employers accountable, as well as registration bodies, for how Group Fitness Instructors are treated, paid and to know all their rights!
