My Name Is Aidan

I started Group Fitness Help through my intense love and passion for teaching Group Fitness classes. I have been in the fitness industry for many years and taught thousands of classes all over my state.

I’ve seen first hand the positive effect that fitness classes can have on the wider community as well as just how vitally important they are to the success of a health club, gym or facility.

This is why I am so passionate about fighting for the rights of Group Fitness Instructors Australia wide to get them the recognition they deserve, fair pay and working conditions

Common Questions

Under new legislation and rulings, you can be entitled to super as a fitness contract. This will depend on a few factors being met. Contact the page to find out more

In Australia no you do not have to be registered to AUSActive to teach a fitness class. You need to have your relevant certifications and insurances to be able to teach.

Gyms are not allowed to reduce your pay rate to then include super into your pay. Super must be paid on top of your hourly rate, not be inclusive of your hourly rate.
